For some reason when call are made to a digital receptionist then offloaded to a ring group, phones are ringing with music which is different from the default ring set on the individual phones themselves.
Is there anyway to change this ring type music as I don't see any options for it in either the Digital receptionist or the Ring Group?

that'll be the MOH during the transition of call.

Confirmed with customer they state it's the ring tone on the phones themselves, would MOH cause this?

I tried changing the ring tones on the telephone handsets themselves but it would seem that calls from the Ring Group do not adhere to what is set on the handsets.

What is the scenario?

Are you referring to the actual phone ringer and not what caller hears during transfer?

What are phones and are they using default template?

Customer calls the main outside line for reception, call is diverted to a digital receptionist, if users presses 2 for reception it is off loaded to users in the reception call queue which in turn has a few different ring groups assigned, when phones finally ring they ring differently to what is set on the handset config, this happens to all phones regardless to what is set on them directly.

SIP Trunk -> Digital Receptionist (2 selected for reception) -> Call Queues (Reception has several ring groups assigned)

I am referring to the phone ringer and not the hold music.
Phones are Yealink SIP-T43U

Specific ringtone can only be set for the queues or the internal call.
However it is not clear here: "Call Queues (Reception has several ring groups assigned)" where are the calls routed?
