Hi, I've got a ring group who answer all of the phones and then transfer calls to managers, etc. They'd like it so that the person who initiates a transfer gets the ringback after 30 seconds. Right now I can select the ring group for the ringback, but they want it to come back to the person who made the original transfer. Can this be done? If so, how?
