Ringing Loud Speaker

I'm looking for a device that will simply ring for incoming calls, so that employees in a warehouse know that the phone is ringing. No paging system needed (at this point). Any ideas what to look for?

Any SIP ATA, connected as a 3CX extension (ring group?), that can ring an analogue set can also ring a loud telephone bell, or, operate a relay unit (like this http://www.electronics123.com/s.nl/it.A/id.2667/.f or this http://www.canakit.com/telephone-ring-led-indicator-with-relay-output-kit-ck487-uk487.html ) that, in turn, can operate just about anything (air raid siren, fog horn, strobe lights, etc.)
