Hi There,

I'm having an odd situation here, when an external call comes in to our 3cx system the phones ring once then go straight to voicemail, and I can't see from the settings why this would be happening. Internal calls are fine also.

Below is a sample of the logs,

14:43:54.064 [CM503008]: Call(5): Call is terminated

14:43:53.908 [CM505001]: Ext.400: Device info: Device Identified: [Man: Counterpath;Mod: eyeBeam;Rev: General] Capabilities:[reinvite, no-replaces, unable-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [eyeBeam release 1102u stamp 52345] Transport: [sip:192.168.100.5:5060]

14:43:53.287 [CM505003]: Provider:[SipGate Rimcon] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [] Transport: [sip:192.168.100.5:5060]

14:43:53.271 [CM503001]: Call(5): Incoming call from 01970623996@(Ln.10001@SipGate Rimcon) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

14:43:53.054 [CM503012]: Inbound office hours rule (unnamed) for 10001 forwards to DN:800

We've even tried to restore some old backups of the settings but the problem is still present, is there somewhere obvious in the settings I should be looking? The other odd thing on the ports/trunk status is says dailing on both lines, however when I click Disconnect call, I get this error, An exception occurred ExtStatus Error:

Thanks for any help,

James.

In this log it shows the call being presented to ext 400, do all of the sets in the ring group ring once? Does ext 400? Is it the voicemail for ext 400 you are reaching? Can you place a call from another extension and get through to ext 400 without it going right to voicemail?
