I have searched but cannot see an answer to this one.
I have a client that is asking for a call queue for when all handsets are in use but when a handset becomes free and starts to ring they want it to make the ringing sound rather than the hold muusic, i dont see the option to have both.
Can someone please confirm if this is possible.
