Ringtone for Transfer vs incoming call?

Is there a setting within 3cx to change the ringtone used for internal (transfers) calls vs. incoming (outside) calls?
Also we are using Grandstream GXP2170 phones

Or is there some other way to make these call different so that users can distinguish between them?

No, They want all their phones to ring on an incoming call. user Will Andrew and then they transfer it. They end up ignoring the call because it is the same ring tone as the incoming call.

This customer came from a Nortel CICS and they are used to the transferred call having a different ringtone. They require that all phones ring on incoming calls.
They do blind transfer and will not do attendant transfers.

Support says no you can’t.

You'd have to go in and make yourself a custom template and change the ring tones there if the Grandstream supports changing ring tones. I know Yealinks can.

Grandstream's GXP template already has 3 ringtones declared for external, ivr and queue calls. Those should ring differently. No need for custom template.

For a transfer, it would ring the default ringtone (internal/ivr).
