Ringtone to external caller before call queue voicemessage

Hi

I'm looking for a solution for the following.

External call shut go to call queue with 6 agents, but 3cx shut first signal for 10 seconds the ringing tone to the caller after 10sec the message "welcome to...." will be played.

In parallel the incoming call shut ring immediately at the agents 3cx Windows client.

I can't get this to work because the call queue parameter "Ring Time (Seconds)" is always ignored. 3cx plays the message "welcome to...." as soon the call is coming in.

Create voice file with 10secs of tone + your welcome audio and set it as queue welcome.

Thanks for the solution but is this the only way?
I'm asking because the caller will see immediately that the call was picked up and second you are getting in a copyright problem if you record the original ring tone from the phone company.

I wouldn't worry about that. It's not music, it's a tone, or a combination of tones, depending where in the world you are located. I have never heard of anyone copywriting progress tones. If you do a search, most tones are available on various sites.
