We checked ths evening, when only 2 agents work in queue, we found Robin will polling 1 by 1 in all agents , not in logged agent.
This morning ,all agents online ,agent will pick up the call in only 4 mins. but it will take 1 min to pick up only 2 agents in the queue.
The judge condition doesn't take effect.
