Hello all. We are having a issue with the latest Yealink firmware, specifically for T41S models. The issue is on firmware 66.85.0.5. We did not have the issue on the previously approved firmware of 66.84.0.95. I went into the phone and manually installed the older firmware, and the issue was fixed. However shortly after, the phone upgraded itself automatically back to 66.85.0.5. I've tested this on a multiple phones now and all have autoupdated back to the latest firmware.
How can I revert firmware (back to a previously supported firmware) without having the system auto update the phone back?
