Route audio to speaker instead of earpice (by default)

I tried but didn't find any option to route audio on my tablet to speaker instead of earpiece by default.
I have to every time after dialing # switch this by hand.

The phone application was probably designed with a hand-held Android phone, and not a tablet , in mind. Perhaps the next release will take the tablet into account. At least, that is what I would suspect.

That would be very handy
