Solved Route incoming external call to the extension who recently called that external number

Hello,

Please advise if it is possible to route the incoming external call to the extension who recently tried to call that external number and left a missed call.

Firstly, let me start with the answer. There is no inbuilt function in the PBX to facilitate what you're looking for at present.

Now, let's try to find a solution. There is a possible solution that will require some input on your part, by learning the CFD (Call Flow Designer). To begin with you can enable CDR (Call Data Recordings) on your PBX. Once done, you should receive information after each call stating the date / time, originating extension, number that was dialed and the status (Missed Call).

Using the CFD, you may be able to program some logic to look up the information in the CDR and route the call from the incoming number that had previously missed your call, to the extension that made the call within a given time frame, else route to another location of your choice.
