Solved Router Phone - Fanvil V62 not provisioning

Hi We have a brand new Fanvil V62 with the correct firmware, trying to setup as RouterPhone on a 3CX hosted V18.

Followed guide but receive an error in the event log:

When I log in to the Fanvil phone, I do find in the Auto provision Tab the information:

Configuration File Name: rps/[EXTENSION]:33089871/$mac.cfg
Protocol Type: HTTPS

SBC Sip Trunk gets created, but the phone is not provisioning.
We can also access web-client from network where Fanvil phone is located.

- I have deleted the phone from the extension and restarted the 3CX Server.
- Added the client's public IP to the blacklist
- Re-assigned router phone to extension
- Factory reset the Fanvil and restarted
......but no joy either.

Any hints on what's going wrong here would be appreciated.

Hi! Is it possible that the extension already has another phone?
After the event entry you've mentioned for successful delivery of RPS request, do you see other entries for RPS delivery related to the same EXTENSION?

I have reset everything again and factory reset the phone.

1. Then I created a new user and this did the trick
2. Assigned the MAC address as a router phone to the new extension

And it's working now )

I have a similar problem with a Fanvil V64. Everything works fine when I set up the phone as a router phone connected to the internet via the ethernet LAN port and use the MAC address of the ethernet port. When I restart the phone and connect it to the internet via WiFi, I get SIP Registration Failed error message.

When I try to set up the router phone using the MAC address of the WIFI adapter in the 3CX configuration, I get an invalid RPS key XXXXXXXX for extension XXX error message. It is essential we use WIFI for the phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

We do not test or support WiFi on IP phones - if this is a requirement in this case then you need a different solution.
