Good morning,

A new client wants a cloud-based PBX installation and plans to use a router phone to connect with the rest of the phones. The situation is that they require redundancy, they need two router phones so that if the primary one fails, the second one takes over automatically. This way, the entire office doesn’t lose connection if the main router phone goes down.

Is this possible?

We know it can be done manually by accessing the PBX and changing the router phone assigned to the regular phones, but we need this process to be automatic since the client has offices in different countries with varying time zones, and we wouldn’t be able to provide real-time support everywhere.
