Hey guys,
I have a yealink t53w router phone that stopped working. This is the error that comes up in the 3cx dashboard

SIP request (REGISTER) from 159.XXX.XXX.XXX was rejected. Reason: Block WAN requests is ON.

I have whitelisted the local IP and still the same issue.
I set up another phone onsite as the router phone and connected straight away.

How do I fix this?

3cx version v20
This was working but just all of a sudden stopped.
Firmware is up to date. I flashed the latest 3cx supported just incase

Hi,

As always, please confirm your version number: 96.86.0.81

Also confirm that the phone is indeed a router under the extension:

And that its SBC exists for the correct extension number, shown in green under Voice & Chat

it is on 96.86.081
it did say router phone but I deleted the phone connection. It showed as red on the voice & chat page

Ok add it again from scratch as a router phone by selecting this option:

You will also see that the MAC was delivered to RPS successfully in the Event Log.

Once done, simply factory reset the phone and wait. Keep in mind it must be connected via LAN, not WiFi.
