router phones not very clear now have bought phones that are not router phones

This suggests to me T42s can be a router phone. if it lists a list of phones with a can be a router phone you would expect so now have 20 useless phones for remote sites.

Only the T4xU phones have router phone capability, the other models, such as the T42S, can be used as normal phones remotely behind any of the router phones as their SBC or via a 3CX SBC installed on a Pi, Linux, or Windows machine.

@Charles_3CX at one point the T58 was supposed to become a router phone, any ETA on this? have a couple floating around that would be nice to convert to that.
