Router Phones Redundancy

Hi All & 3CX Support,

I have total 12 deskphones. Pls refer to table below:



As you can see above, I have 2 router phones, then 5 remote phones attached to each router phone.

If Router Phone (1) is down, all remote phones attached to Router Phone (1) will be down as well. Am I correct?

If I am correct, is that possible for me to configured Router Phone (2) as redundancy?

Custom configurations to the router phones is not something that we support.
What is the exact scenario you want to achieve?

My concenr is that if Router Phone (1) is down today, I will be having total 6 deskphones down as well.

What is the best solution for this situation? Configure all 12 deskphones as router phones? Need your suggestion

Router phones work as stand-alone SBC's.
Since all of them can be router phones, i would suggest that each one is a router phone since there is no limitation of how many of them you can use.
