**Unfortunately since the forum changes the new cutomer account I had to create can't be linked to my previous forum account and I can only it appears post to the startup forum so my apologies - please note the System tagged in this thread is the free 3CX I had to create to regain forum posting access and is NOT the system the post is about**
I have a customer with a single 3CX account. It contains 3 DIDs linked to their own call queues. These correspond to 3 physical business premise locations.
1 business locations trades 6 days per week while the other 2 are only open on some days (newly opened so not yet fully active).
The customer would like to set the standard business hours for the 2 part-time locations (I can see that option in the inbound Rules) and have 3CX auto redirect inbound calls during BUSINESS HOURS only on those days where that location is NOT open to the fully active location call queue. (Instead of to voicemal as currently set). In addition to that they are hoping that in the event the redirected call is not answered that somehow that redirected call can be forwarded back again to the voicemail corresponding to the location that call originally was made to. I hope this makes sense. I'm not sure where to start with such a scenario of if it is even possible. I'm assuming the redirection is possibly achieveable but not sure how to send an unaswered call to a particular extension vmail unless somehow there is a rule based on what DID was originally sent an inbound call.
3CX Version, Professional 18.7.312
Server OS, Debian
Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted by 3CX Reseller
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Yealink T46U + Android App
Provisioning Method: SBC
Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, NetVault SIP Trunk
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
