Hi there.

3cx Pro Hosted by 3CX

I'm having trouble with my RPID (calling party number) presenting incorrectly to my SIP provider (spitfire)

my number is 01827******. The SIP provider want to see it without the 0 in front.

What i have tried so far:
In the trunk settings:
Removing the 0 from the main trunk number

under options > caller ID control - Setting the default outbound caller ID to 1827****** and setting the from, RPID and P-Asserted ID to default.

I'm still not having any joy.

can anyone suggest other things to try please?

Thanks in advance

@Novum Live What number is presented when you dial out ?
As we can see on the PBX side the RPID is set to send out the " OutboundCallerId " .
Now from the extension you are dialing out, does this extension have an Outbound Caller ID set or not ?
Also the number can be set on the outbound rules, check below :

Thanks @NikosT_3CX .

We all use the same outbound ID.
I've set it in the outbound routing rules and now it all seems to be happy and working.

Thank you for your help.
