Do anyone know this problem, and how to sovle it ?

Please pay attention that firewall problems can "live" not only on PBX host, and happen not only with 3CX

Check route from remoteAddr=85.17.186.6 to extAddr=84.104.196.236 regarding to firewalls... If these addresses are gateway addresses, then check route from local entity (PBX, or phone on other side) to its gateway. as well as check NAT device.

Also, please use search on forum before describing your problem in new thread, because your problem could be discussed already.

Specified message means exact what it says. No RTP stream were received by PBX from remote party 85.17.186.6:61238

Problem has been solved. It's a firewall in Windows 2000.

laptop on the DMZ
no firewall on laptop
extention configured as external and bind to media server


3CX server:
no firewall
server beind router all port forward to the local port host.


extention registered: OK
ringing internal : OK
ringing external: OK
But

no sound external and internal

No, it is not. extAddr=0.0.0.0 for local destinations and localAddr=0.0.0.0 for external. If both will be(or not be) a 0.0.0.0 then it will be a problem in software

I think tracert will not help you, because it just checks general accessibility of host. There are lot of things that can have an influence in specific case.

Yes, "Router" in your scheme is responsible entity. In general, Router has Firewall and NAT built-in.

Please pay attention that your scheme is symmetric, I mean not only 3CX host configuration influences delivery of audio and/or signaling

Full scheme is:

Private IP HOST <----> Router <---> external IP Adress <--->INTERNET<----->external IP Address2<------->Router2<------->Private IP HOST2
