I have this issue... need help

My 3CX System is based with a Sinus TC300 PSTN->Sip gateway

I want to interoperate it with the 3CX... but the SIP configuration to interoperate with it are:

SERVER to register is the proper Sinus basisstation
SIP User
Password
SIP Port: 5060
RTP Port: 30000 (thats the problem)

The bas¡s does not accept STUN server...

Are any way to configure the 3CX Server to another interval of RTP ports then the preconfigured 10000 to 20000?

No one can help me?

I don't know the proper solution, changing RTP in 3CX, or the potential repercussions of such a change to other functions. If I were faced with such a dilemma I would probably use a second router on my LAN with only this gateway downstream of it, and make use of the port forwarding / translation features. On the router, external ports facing LAN would be 10000 to 20000, and internal facing gateway would be 30000 to whatever. Should work with a bit of tweaking.

Yes it's possible to solve it with another router translation, but I'dont want to spent more money with another router.

I think that the easy way is to say to the 3CX system wich port to ear manually in a configuration file.

$20 for a basic hard wired router versus how many hours you have spent on the problem
I am too lazy to work hard myself....

20$... say me where I can find a wired neutral router here in the internet and buy it here in Spain. For these price I buy it... sure.
