Run a callflow from within Dialer

Good day

How do i run a callflow from within a dialer. The callflow is extension 851 and the dialer is 850 or is it better to change the callflow to its own dialer.

You don't run a callflow from a dialer. It's one or the other. Dialers are not connected to a call.

Your dialer should make the call between the CallFlow (the actual flow, not the dialer) extension and the external number.

My dialer(850) does the calling to external numbers.
The seperate callflow(851) is a "queuestatus" post message flow but does not make any calls but does updates to a database.
I want to run the update every time the dialer checks for new leads and gets ready to dial.

You can do a lot in the dialer already. No need for a separate call flow for that if you don't need to interact with the caller.
