run a flow at the end of conversation

I wnat to integrate call logs and records with my crm system.
We have REST API interface in our side and i'd like the 3CX to send an API cali (POST) with all the relevant data (number, start and end time etc.) to e specific webhook.
I've created a call flow that sends an api call to a webhook - I want it to be executed each time a call in ended.
is this the right way to do it?
If so - how do im make the call flow run every incoming and outgoing call (even if it wasn't answered)?

CFD isn't meant for this so it won't work.

What you want is the CRM integration. The ReportCall scenario.

You may use CRM Template (ReportCall), CDR service output.
These options will not give you a recording of the conversation. Perhaps third-party developments will help you, like https://creomate.com/3cx-webhook/
