Same DID number at Multiple Trunks

Hi,
I have got a DID number that using by multiple trunks.
Im getting "Failed to identify source: several trunks matched by DID only" error. My version is 15.0.62928.5

In this version there is no support option for => "Use both "Call Source Identification" rules and "Caller Number/Name -> CalledNum" field mappings (Note: Disables catch all routing capability)" so i cant solve my problem.

You can solve your problem by upgrading to the latest version of the PBX where the option is available. You need to upgrade to the latest version anyway as due to a certificate change on the activation server earlier versions can no longer activate. To avoid any future issues i would strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version as soon as possible.

Ok thank you. Its fixed by upgrading my vers to 15.5.
