Dear all,

I need to ensure, that the same extension can be called from outside directly via 2 different sip-connections.
Therefore, I need to create them as DID on both trunks and add 2 inbound rules (1 for each did/trunk) - correct?

When I do this, it seems there's a problem with identification, where it comes from. It shows "unknown" on the phone then....

What I am doing wrong?

Dear ckatterl,

You have to make sure in which field of the INVITE message does your Voip provider is sending the call identification. Next, you will have to go and edit the "Call Source Identification" field in the Inbound Parameters tab of your sip trunk settings in order to much with the Voip provider.

Unfortunateley, I don't get it to work.
I attached a screenshot of a capture, which shows, that the host part of the from, p-asserted-identity and contact fields are the ip-address of the patton-gateway...

FYI, I am on v15/Debian.

Any tips?
