Same username (ID) on more than one voip provider = error

Hello!

This is my problem:

I have many voip (sip) accounts to configure on different providers. For more than one the username is "aaaa". When i try to add a second account in 3cx voip providers it tells me that the ID (user for authentication) has to be different and unique. I have no possibility to change this id server-side, it's linked to the registration and phone number given to me, and i need to add all my voip numbers to the pbx.

I'm using the free version, testing it before purchasing the small business..

someone can help?

PS: This the error message: "a line with this authentication id already exist."

If it's the User ID, you can change it to anything you want. It just has to be unique.

If it's the authentication ID from the VoIP provider (the one that's paired with a password), that would be an incredible coincidence, and you'll have to ask your provider to change one of them.

The User ID and the Authentication ID don't have to match.
