Doies any body have any ideas on how to increase the volume for incoming calls, speech on outgoing seems ok but very difficult to hear what is being said back

Other than the volume control, on the device, or a change in audio level, from the other end, I'm not sure that there is much that can be done. Have you tried using a headset, wired, or Bluetooth, with the same results?
