Samsung xcover 4 and hardware button to answer/release calls

Hi,
We are testing in our lab the Samsung xcover 4. This phone as the possibility to set the home button to answer the call and the screen switch off button to release the call.
When the call is coming via gsm i am able to answer via the home button but i cannot pressing it when is coming from 3cx app. There is a third button called samsung button that i can set to use the 3cx app but when i press it just open the 3cx app and nothing more.
Do you think it is possible to have the rights to use this buttons via 3cx app to answer/release the call? I don't know if something related to the "android call kit" or not.
We would like to that because our customers want to use it during winter and with "special glows" on their hands.

We do not have any plan to do such a thing for a single model but you can suggest your idea to the ideas forum and it will evaluate from the appropriate department.
