SAP C4C - CRM Template

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone here has previously generated an xml template for use with SAP C4C using the CRM template generator?
Juts looking to learn from anyone else's past experiences, and maybe some advice on what entities we should be looking at for call journaling.

I've been checking their API documentation a few days ago for other reason, and they support Basic and OAuth2 authentication. And for the data they use OData, so the integration should be similar to what we have for Dynamics 365, if that helps...
