Save an unknown caller directly to the smartphone’s native contacts

Hello,

We are considering implementing a 3CX phone system and using the 3CX mobile app on Android and iOS smartphones.

Before proceeding, we would like to know whether, after receiving a call from an unknown number through the 3CX app, it is possible to save that number directly to the smartphone’s native contacts without manually copying or typing it.

Specifically, is there an option in the 3CX app call history such as “Add to contacts”, “Create new contact” or “Share contact”?

We are interested in saving the number to the smartphone’s native address book, not only to the internal 3CX company phonebook.

Is this functionality available on both Android and iPhone?

Not possible unfortunately. The "Add Contact" doesn't offer an option for the device contacts.
