Save chat session when reload the page

I have a problem with the chat plugin for Wordpress and the HTML code generator from the 3CX Admin Console.
When a user opens the chat and types a message, everything works fine. However, when a new page is loaded within our website, the chat session is closed and the user has to open a new one. This is especially annoying when calling via the plugin/code, because the call is aborted as soon as a new page is loaded. Is there a solution for this.

We are trying to switch from TawkTo over to 3CX but we can't without this feature.
