Had by first experience deploying SBC behind 2 NAT's on a 4G LTE link that runs CGNAT. Awesome experience. The SBC connected to the cloud VPS hosted 3CX instance almost immediately. I plug a Yealink T58A into the switch and boom... maybe 30 seconds later if that it's there in 3CX ready to have it's firmware updated. The rest of the process was very much like setting up a phone with 3CX running on the box sitting next to you.

After provisioning, tested with inbound and outbound calls. Perfect. Left it for a couple of hours and did some more test calls. Works every time.

I know I'm late to this game, and it probably wasn't always this way, but SBC is brilliant. If you're a noob like me and you're wondering, fear not, it works really well.

good job ;) Yes SBC runs very well also behind 4G routers, Have saved several customers in 4G having no others choices to be linked to internet.
I got recently a symetrical bandwith 100 MB/s on a SFR 4G for small cost 20€/month for a 100 GB data volume included

107 / 38 on approx. 12km link using 2 Yagi's and a Teltonika RUTX09 through dense Australian bush, mostly gumtrees. Ping to the cloud instance 800km away in Sydney is 38ms. For $15 a month AUD with a 25GB data cap.

I mean.... life could be worse...
