SBC - Install Error libssl1.0.2 is not installable

Hi I've installed a new linux box to be a SBC for one of our clients
we've installed the latest Debian 10
and when installing SBC we get the following error

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
3cxsbc : Depends: libssl1.0.2 but it is not installable
E: unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages

Debian 10 is not supported.
