Solved SBC installer for V20

When attempting to install the Windows SBC to a V20 hosted system downloaded from this page... https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/


We are getting this error.



Is there a new installer available for V20 or a workaround to use the existing installer?

Is the port correct on the provisioning URL? Can you at least connect if you browse to it from that PC?

Follow the instructions to a tee.



Check your firewall test comes back green.

Hello @LRITSDM,

Are you referring to a SMB installation? If yes then please note that the ports are already open.
Please double check that the Authedication ID and the provisioning URL are correct.

If this for an on-premise instance then make sure that the ports are open as per our guide Firewall & Router Configuration

Found the issue, the public IP had been blocked due to some failed connection attempts.

Unblocked and install went through with no issue.
