SBC keep phones and calls working out Instance 3CX Server

Hi ,

We installed a 3CX server in our Azure network and we also installed an SBC in the LAN network. The phones provision through SBC but when the server goes down the phones lost registration and it is not possible to make internal calls between extensions. So its posible the SBC keep phones and calls working when the 3cx server goes down?
