SBC not connecting

Hi,

We have a customer with a pbx which is hosted by 3cx, the customer is going to have multiple sites and has a MPLS network covering all of these. We have 2 SBC's on the MPLS running at the moment but are looking to add another. When trying to connect the SBC we are getting the following error:

These are the logs from the machine that we are trying to put the SBC on. Has anyone else had this or know what could be causing this, any help would be appreciated. I have removed the customers name and IP from this.

Is the IP in the 3CX IP blacklist?

No, i have made sure i have specifically allowed the IP address that the SBC is on.
