SBC not creating tunnel

I have a local SBC on my network but it keeps giving me this error message

Hi, can you please validate that the pbx has a FQDN bounded to your subscription. Please access to the user portal with the email registered in your subscription and check if you still have a FQDN bounded.

I dont see a FQDN in your license key, so please check this as first step.
