Hello,

I've had the SBC working, now it's stopped and I have no idea why. There has been some work done on the 3CX server by a third party but they're insisting it couldn't have had an issue.

I've tried the SBC for Windows and Raspberry Pi without any luck.

The output I'm seeing on windows is:
Windows SBC said:
ALERT | 20150922-111310.059 | 3CXTunnel | TUNL | 12964 | TunnelTcp.cpp:344 | Sending first packet from [ V4 0.0.0.0:64597 UNKNOWN_TRANSPORT target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=0 ] to [ V4 115.248.25.154:5090 TCP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=0 ]
And the RPi one shows a similar output.

My config file is:
Code:
[Log]
Type=file	# cout, cerr, file, syslog
File=C:\ProgramData\3CXSBC\Logs\3cxsbc.log
Level=ERR	# NONE", "EMERG", "ALERT", "CRIT", "ERR", "WARNING", "NOTICE", "INFO", "DEBUG", "STACK", "ERR", "VERBOSE"
[Bridge/123456]
Name="SBC"
Password="IOBRkULwz17MN"
ID=123456
SecurityMode=0
#LocalSipAddr=0.0.0.0
#LocalSipPort=5060				# local SIP (UDP/TCP) address (def: 5060)
TunnelAddr=1.2.3.4
PbxSipPort=5060
TunnelPort=5090
PbxSipIP=10.201.18.10
[General]
PrintStatsInterval=30
ReconnectInterval=30
(obviously I've changed the public IPs)

The error log shows:
Code:

My IP details are:
  • 172.23.19.13 = My phone
  • 10.201.18.10 = Remote phone server
  • 172.23.70.143 = My desktop running windows SBC

The one thing which stands out to me is the 169.254.180.133 IP address, where would this be coming from?

Thank you

I have exactly the same problem.
any one have an idea ?

Go to 3CX SBC config file on the program data.

And delete # to localip adress of 3CX SBC and set your local ip of SBC. Restart service.

I'm filled with mixed emotions. On one hand I'm so happy this solved the problem. On the other hand I'm so annoyed it was so simple!!!!

Is this because the computer running the SBC has a couple of NICs in it?

Thank you for saving my sanity.
