Solved SBC update did not upgrade OS

Just did my internal instance's v18 upgrade and sent the command to upgrade my on-prem (Debian9/3CX ISO installed) SBC.
The PBX console reports the SBC is upgraded; however the base OS did not upgrade from Debian 9 to 10 - is that expected?

Checking the apt logs on the SBC it upgraded the 3cxsbc package only, nothing else.

Yes, that is actually expected. We do not upgrade the OS for the SBC as we do for the 3CX PBX.

For now, you could use the corresponding 3CX ISO file or raspberry pi ISO to redeploy the SBC with Debian 10.
