SBC v16.0.386 UDP Status Down

I have a site, first one that has done this, where the SBC will give me a UDP Status as UP for the first 20-30min. after a reboot but then it will switch to DOWN status and then does not display any UDP Ping info. Wondering if anyone has seen this same thing and found an answer to this. I have had call quality issues on this site and am questioning if there is firewall/network issue causing it. The site has another company that handles their network, we just provide 3CX for them.

sounds like a firewall issue, could be they set the UDP timeouts down low or have some added level of security that is killing the UDP session after X minutes, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Sonicwall, Sophos, and some others are known for this happening on occasion depending on their config, tho Palo Alto is the worst and has such a feature on by default on some firmwares.

What firewall is in use, What ISP is in use, What connection type(DSL, Cable, Fiber, Satellite, Smoke Signal)
