Solved SBC with router phone - router phone option not available

When I go to add a router phone to a hosted or on premise system (neither seem to work).

I go to configure phone

but it does not give me the following option after I click add phone


it takes me to the 3CX Talk tab


I must be missing something. Any thoughts?

You need to put something in that red field.

The error indicate that you need to configure the Link Name.
Were you able to add the router phone?

Yes, I was able to add it after filling out the link name. Thank you
