Scenario CreateContactRecord is not executed

Hi,

we have a crm integration and are experiencing some problems.

1) we wold like to create a contact if it is not found in CRM, but the CreateContactRecord scenario is not executed ( we are in version 20 update 4 )
how can we do it ?

2) Is there a way to open the CRM contact window as soon I accept the call or as soon I receive the call ?

3) are there some differences regarding the crm integration in the different clients ( web, client windows , client Mac ) and from version 18 and 20 ? can you address me to the proper documentation?

Hello,

1) The CreateContactRecord scenario will not be invoked automatically, that was changed long time ago. Now you have the scenario CreateContactRecordFromClient, which is triggered when you request it from the Web Client.

2) The contact record should be automatically launched in a new browser tab when you answer, as long as you configured the Web Client to do it (this is in the Settings > Integrations section).

i set up the configuration in Settings > Integrations section to open the browser with the server crm integration, but no window is opened.

any idea on what to check to make it running ?

Please check what I mentioned regarding the first point. The contact creation is not automatic, you need to manually trigger it from the web client.
