Scheduling a Meeting using the ics.File is in general good but a new meeting is per default always shown as free. If you do not change this manually before sending out the invitation it is shown as free at the participants calendar. Usually a meeting in your calendar should be shown as "booked". Can the default setting be changed?

The ICS file from 3CX only passes on the mandatory information like date/time, duration, title, etc.
All other settings need to be input by the user.

On this specific field though, I think that MS reads it from a Custom field inside the ICS file tat is unique to MS Outlook, so other Mail Clients may not interpret it correctly, or even cause problems.

I know MS Outlook is probably the most commonly used Desktop Mail Client, but I doubt this is something that will change.
