Hello,

We are switching to O365 soon and we have installed the latest 3CX in a lab environment to test out the integration. We have configured everything in the 3CX settings for the O365 Integration. We get the "Status OK. Real Time Notifications to Office 365 and back are working. This means that changes from Office 365 to 3CX will be updated."

I also changed the email settings for notifications to the O365 user for 3CX and the SMTP test passes.

The only thing that's not working is when we are trying to create a webmeeting invite, i select O365 for the calendar and nothing happens when i press Create Meeting..Anyone got any ideas?

3CX vers: 16.0.2.910

Hello @pitrickzul

Are you doing it via the Webclient using Chrome?

As soon as you select Office365 and click Create Meeting, a new window tab will open asking you to sign in to your Microsoft account, and will will proceed to create a schedule event:

did you ever fix your problem?

Hey all!

So.. the 3CX i was trying this on was a lab environment. Don't know what happened but some of the services were stopped. As soon as i restarted all of them, everything was fine!

So, issue is resolved!

Thanks
