Scheduling conference call with external parties

I am trying to schedule conference calls with external parties. They do receive the standard email with the call in phone number and the conference ID but when they call in the extension just rings with no opportunity to input the ID. Any thoughts on where to start looking for solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Any thoughts on where to start looking for solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Problem Solved. The inbound rule for the conference line was not properly configure to send incoming calls to extension 70.
