Is there a way for the administrator to transfer SMS chats from extension to another?

Give him the manager role. There will be the Monitor tab. You need to use queues (like, he needs to be a queue manager for that user) for this to work I believe tho.

This issue is when using the Windows client 3CX softphone Ver: 16.0.220

I just updated our 3cx Pro system to 16.0.9 and now the conference scheduling to Microsoft O365 stopped working the way it used to when using the windows client.

Before the update from the 3cx windows client we would select Office 365 to schedule a conference and it would launch a web browser and login to the persons O365 web Outlook calendar with the scheduled meeting information in the body of the invite that popped up, so you could add people to invite. Now it just opens O365 web Outlook to the calendar no meeting/invite with conference information comes up.

If I login to 3CX web client and schedule the same conference and select Microsoft O365 it will open a web browser and login to the Web version of Outlook O365 and the invitation does open automatically with the meeting information so I can invite people to the conference and the conference call information is all in the body of the invitation. People were just getting use to a web browser version of Outlook opening to create conference call meetings and now its not working like it use to.

Selecting the Desktop version does work but it means they have to save an ics file then remember where it is to open it. And also remember to delete the file after they send the invite or it’s a big mess and they select the wrong ics file.

Could you please tell us what your default browser is? Could you try the same with Chrome as your default browser (if it isn't already) and tell us how it goes?
I have a feeling that this may be browser-dependent.

I should have added this in my first post. I tried this with Chrome as my default then set Edge(chrome) as my default, same results on two separate computers. If I use the 3cx web interface to create a conference audio or Video it will open the browser and login to O365 directly to the calendar and the invitation with conference details in the body opens up. Perfect this is what they want but they don't like to use the web interface everyone here uses the 3CX desktop client. When i use the 3CX client to create a conference it logs into the O365 calendar directly but no invitation opens with the details for the conference, so they cant send and conference request because there is no details how to join.

Thank you, we are looking into this, but I have to say that while I can replicate this using Firefox, when Chrome or Edge is the default browser it works.
Anyhow, once we have some update I will let you know.

I need to correct something, i earlier stated the 3CX client opened O365 to the Outlook web calendar with no invitation opening up. it actually only opens to O365 Outlook on the web it doesn't open to the calendar any more. It does work as stated if I use the 3cx webclient and it will open to the Outlook calendar on the web with invite and conference information in the body
