Solved Screenshare from 3cx Web Client

Hi,

From where we can share windows screen from 3cx WebClient during a call as we can do in 3cx Windows client?

Hello @Rashid Raza,

It's not possible to screen share from the webclient, I would suggest creating a WebMeeting / Scheduled Conference and sharing from there.

Note that if you use the Windows Client and call your colleague on their Web Client, they will be able to see your screen share.

Hi,

As 3cx now adding new features like helpdesk etc on Web Client so the screen share feature must be added for WebClient.
Without this basic feature, most of the users do not move to WebClient.
Kindly consider this in next updates if you want to move your customers to WebClient.
