Search for Phonenumbers in CRM based on Company- or Individualname's

Hi

We are using a 3cx - Zoho CRM Serverside integration (API) for incoming phone call lookups. This works well.
But it is there a way to search for Phonenumbers based on company oder contact name search from 3cx Web or Windows client?
At the moment we have to switch to zoho crm to search for a contact name and dial the number.
It would be easier to stay in one webconsole for incoming and outging calls.

Hello Daniel,

Unfortunately that's not possible at the moment. Only the contacts that are already synchronized (added from Zoho to 3CX contacts because they called in) will be available. But if the contact is not there, you will need to switch to Zoho.
