Search For Team Member Not Working In WebClient

Hi All:

Using Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release) and the WebClient, I discovered that when searching for users, it does not work. I can see the extensions, but once I enter any letter, they all disappear as if no results found. I tried this with multiple extensions and different browsers with the same results.

However, on my test system that has v20 Update 6 (Build 675 Beta) and another that has v20 Update 4 (Build 487 Release) they both work.

Any ideas?

Same issue with the Windows Softphone App (5.1 Build 895, 20.0.895.0), the text based search (names) is very unreliable.
It's really only usable if the extension number is entered directly.
