Searching record problem

Hello, I have version 18.0 Build 461.
I have configured my system to store the record during 90 days now i want search a record from 2 months ago.
The searching doesn't work by the date (DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY).
Somebody have idea ?

Where are you searching? Are you searching call log or recordings? Management console or web client?

In the webclient with a simple user, he have the permission to see the records of the group. I search the record, not the log.

Search for the name or number and they will show in date order.

Yes by name or number works fine, but i don't know wich number or name , i know only the date :-(
So bad

it seemed to me with the version 16 we could search by the date. Maybe i m wrong

You can give the user access to log in to the management console and view the reports/recordings only by configuring the rights of that extension.

Yes it's a way if it's not possible otherwise .
