Secondary account is showing on phone

I have a user on 3CX v 16.5 using a Yealink T42s on Firmware version 66.85.0.5.

I had set up a second account in the phone interface itself to give them a shared voicemail. Now the second account is showing up as the primary on the phone.

I checked the Auto provision section on the phone interface and it is showing the original provisioning link for the extension.

How do I get the original extension back to being the primary?

Having multiple extensions on a single phone (that is not DECT) is not supported.

Having multiple extensions on a single phone (that is not DECT) is not supported.

I understand that, they are using the second account because they need a shared voicemail box. Do you know of a better way to do that?
